How do Corraveni operate the ceramic toilet flush tests?
Before purchasing ceramic toilet items from China, most foreign buyers care about: How are ceramic toilets tested in China? How do Corraveni operate the toilet flush tests?  We got many different flush testing methods, including : plastic balls test,  red ink test, saw powder test, toilet paper flush test etc. On ther other hand, there are no universal testing methods for all toilets. The testing methods of each toilets need to be designed specially based on the toilet types and final market.
1. There are some universal and commonly used testing methods for toilet items, example, water seal depth control, static load, water absorption etc.
2. The testing methods need also be designed according to the quality standard of different countries. Example, for Europe market, we need to test the toilets based on EN997:2018 WC PANS AND WC SUITES WITH INTEGRAL TRAP to make sure the toilets in compliance with CE standard. For American market, we need to make sure the flush tests organized in complicance with cUPC standard.
3. From the designning of each toilets, they are with different quality risks, because each toilet article has an unique internal structure. The basic internal structure brings different levels of quality risks. Based on this, our QC will design some extra flush and leakage testing methods with a detailed checking list for each toilet article.

A. Flushing of Fifty Small Plastic Balls
Plastic balls should be prepared according to EN997 requirement. Of 50 small plastic balls, after each test, at least 85% of the plastic balls should be flushed out of the bowl

B. Flushing of Toilet Paper
Toilet paper should be prepared according to EN997 requirement, 12 sheets of toilet paper should be flushed out of the WC pan after flush

C. Flushing of Red Ink
This is a specially designed flushing method. It's designed to test whether the WC bowl surface can be well cleaned and whether the rim flushing holes are well made. 

D. Over Splashing
This is a test to check whether the water will splash beyond the rim of the toilet bowl and wet the floor. Only a few small drops are permissible. The test method is commonly used on rimless toilet and wall-hung toilet.
