1.What is your MOQ?
==100 pcs for each SKU generally, but we're open to discuss so that to support your sales. On the other hand, because ceramic items are fragile and easy to break during transport, we strongly suggest to buy on full container basis.
==To enable you to check the quaility, we can accept trial orders based on small quantity. You can also choose to take from us samples for quality checking purpose.

2. How to get samples?
==Feel free to contact us directly for the samples you need. You need to pay for the shipping cost.

3. What's the lead time?
==It depends on the article number and order quantity. Of the models we have stock, the delivery time can be within 2 weeks. Or we generally need 30 days as lead time. 
==For long term orders, we're flexible to adjust our production lines to meet your specific demand.

4. Can I make my own design or change the product specification to match the demand of my market?
==Yes, we offer OEM and ODM service. We're strong at this. You simply send us your idea and reference information, we'll help to define your business needs and lead the new product development process. 
==We also offer free packaging design service for your brand.
==Your logo on ceramic is also available.

5. What's the trade/payment term?
==We accept standard T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight. We're flexible to discuss if you need ohter payment terms.
